I moved to Naples from the Big Island of Hawaii 16 years ago. I am an expert at living in paradise. Good weather and sunshine make people happy in general. I find real estate fascinating, so it is very rewarding for me to help my customers navigate the process from start to finish and even beyond.

I have lived all over the country and have a great rapport with people from all walks of life. I was raised in a blue-collar family by a Vietnam Veteran (Of course, I say that affectionately). Hard work wasn’t just encouraged, it was expected. The most important thing in my life is my family. I have been married for over 30 years to a master trim and finish carpenter (Remind me to tell you what I know about renovations!). We have 3 kids and 5 amazing grandkids. We are fortunate that our 2 oldest and all our grandkids live in Naples. Our youngest son is a US Navy Sailor. We are very much a Proud Navy Family!

When I’m not working, you can usually find me enjoying the outdoors with my family or out and about on our Catalina sailboat!
